We offer a nationwide and worldwide delivery service as well as a free local same day* or next day service to SL3 and SL4. A free local same-day service to all other SL (Except SL7), HP9, GU25, TW18, TW19 & TW20 postcodes. (Min. 6 bottles or 1 Hamper or 1 of our selected Wine cases purchased)

We also offer an evening delivery service to West London. (Min. 12 bottles or £200 per purchase. M4 or M40 corridors into London)

Delivery Information

If you wish to collect from the shop, when completing delivery details enter the shop address: 31 St Leonard's Red Windsor SL4 3BP together with a note in the message column stating that you will be collecting and you will also not incur a delivery charge.

Please note, upon collection from the shop we will need to provide your driving licence or any other ID and the credit card used for payment for inspection by Eton Vintners Staff on duty.

Deliveries will be made within 10 working days. If there is a delay, you will be contacted by phone or email.

All deliveries are governed by Royal Mail postcode system. If we are unable to locate your delivery address through this system delays may occur and a change of address will be requested. Owing to the value of the goods ordered we are unable to leave them with a third party unless agreed by the management.

Please note that bulk deliveries to a single destination may attract reduced charges.

We do not ship to a PO Box or BFBO addresses.

We do not ship to The US, Canada, Brazil, Russia, Norway, Turkey, all non EU/EEA European countries, the Middle East and Africa.

We do accept third party collections. (If you wish to pay over the phone we do not accept collections from the shop without the original card and ID being shown, by cardholder.)

We deliver between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays and a precise time of delivery cannot be guaranteed. Pre-delivery calls are not available with deliveries made by the courier.

We will endeavour to deliver gifts or wine and will leave a card if you or the recipient is not in. We would request that you or the recipient calls immediately to arrange delivery. The goods will be held at the depot for 7 days and then will be returned to Eton Vintners at an additional charge of £30.00.

If you’re not sure that the recipient will be at the "home address" during these hours, it would be advisable to insert a "work address" and contact telephone number to ensure a prompt delivery.

Please note that deliveries will not be left without a signature at the indicated address and owing to the high value of the gifts, we are unable to leave the goods in a garage, porch or with a neighbour.

If you wish for the consignment to be re-routed due to incomplete, incorrect or change of address, there will be an additional charge of £30.00.

All redirected deliveries or returns due to choice change will be charged at £30.00.

If the address is incorrect or incomplete we will endeavour to deliver and have the right to deliver to the the billing address on some occasions.

Overseas Delivery

Please note there are now customs restrictions in most countries on wicker hampers and baskets. Therefore, we provide the same product in a gift box at a reduced price ideal for long haul deliveries.

Eton Vintners cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any particular item or charge an import duty. Overseas deliveries are made within 14 working days. Due to the foot and mouth epidemic several years ago, some countries are still imposing restrictions in the importation of meat and dairy products.

In this instance, Eton Vintners will undertake to replace these items with goods of an equal or greater value.

Christmas Delivery 2023

Please try to order early for maximum choice and to avoid disappointment. All hampers and gift boxes are subject to availability.

Please bear in mind that during the month of December, we are unable to specify an exact delivery date.

Deliveries will be made within 10 working days. Orders for overseas may take longer.
