The wine is elegant and graceful with with rich, layered dried apricots, vanilla and honey. Enjoy as an aperitif or with spiced dishes or a mild curry. This wine is drinking well now and will have more complexity with time.

Chardonnay, Neudorf has buttery texture, and good complexity. The rich fruit concentration is balanced by lovely minerality onto the finish. A truly great wine.

Refined aromas which start with hints of red currants, black cherry, blackberry and plum followed by aromas of raspberry, blueberry, carob, violet, tobacco and vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and pleasing crispness, however balanced by alcohol, good body and intense flavours.

The 2014 vintage is a wonderful expression of the best of the Loire. Bright pale gold in the glass, the wine exhibits classic aromas of cedar and boxwood and exotic fruit. In the mouth, it is fresh and harmonious, with hints of lemon and grapefruit and with a long mineral finish.

Definitely a keeper, the 2009 is already showing very well. This wine is delicious with fish, poultry, veal and sea scallops, though in Alsace it is traditionally served with the local goose, pork and meat dishes. A versatile and wonderful wine, intense and yet delicate and fresh.
