Argentina Tasting

Dominic Crolla of Las Bodegas will be hosting the tasting, giving you an insight of the wealth of wines from the Argentine. Whether you are simply seeking a classic Malbec and Torrontés , or looking to explore what Argentina has to offer in much more depth Dominic’s producers are all small to medium sized and are run by people who regard quality and innovation as their watchwords.

Argentina is 10 times larger than the UK, stretching from the plains of the Amazon basin to the Antarctic. The wine areas of Argentina are based mainly in the central belt from the slopes of the Andes to the plains of cooler Patagonia approximately located 1000 miles apart. Despite being the fifth largest wine producer in the world, Argentina still occupies a relatively small niche in the UK.

The Tasting will take place on Thursday the 3rd July at the Shop, 31 St Leonard’s Rd, Windsor between 7 and 9pm.
