A Blend of Grenache, Niellucciu and Syrah is deepred incolour witha rich bouquet of forest fruitsand theGarrigue ofthyme, sage and rosemary. The palate ripe damsons andsmooth with along and freshmineral finish. Blend from regional varieties:60% Sciaccarellu, 30% Niellucciu, 10% Syrah
The vineyards are farmed organically with great emphasis on overall health of the vines and working with reduced yields. The vines are produced according to organic methods using natural vinification and restricted use of sulphur.
