RESERVA RED
It is a meticulous selection of the best vintage grapes from Quinta de Ervamoira and Quinta dos Bons Ares that is used to produce this wine.
Its vinification is made vineyard-by-vineyard and variety-by-variety. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 18 months in new oak casks. It is then bottled at Bons Ares, where it matures for one year.
Portuguese wines are the most varied and made from a large array of grape varieties virtually not produced anywhere else in the world.
