(V) and (VG)This outstanding wine is made by the renowned New Zealand winemaker, Jen Parr, in the Southern district of Central Otago. Aromas of plum, dark cherry, red liquorice and rosemary on the nose with the addition of raspberry and cassis on the palate. This wine exudes elegance with persistent bright red fruit, fine tannins and enduring freshness. It is rooted in classic Bendigo, yet its supple and graceful side shows a character infrequently found in the sub-region. Class in a glass!

Pinot Noir

Champagne and Burgundy are the best regions for Pinot Noir followed by New Zealand and Oregon. California, South Africa and Australia are making some great Pinot Noirs as well not forgetting Canada. Pinot Noir makes a noticeably pale wine, but has intense perfume and flavour. When young, its aromas range from freshly crushed raspberries or strawberries to plum jam. With age, Pinot Noir often shows violets, game or truffles.
