There are aromas of citrus, honey and hints of raw nuts on the nose. The palate is fairly full in body, with a defined minerality of excellent Chablis Premier Cru wines, to support the pure fruit character. This is an elegant, well-structured wine with an appealing complexity of red apple, citrus, vanilla and hay on the finish.
Corinne and Jean-Pierre avoid using chemical pesticides and fertilisers, choosing instead to use organic methods that are better for the environment.
