Pleasant spice and crisp apple on the nose. Delightfully fresh with a blend of pepper, citrus, and herbal notes on the palate yet quite rich and elegant with an appetising finish.
All vineyards are farmed organically with great emphasis on the overall health of the vines and working with reduced yields. The vines are produced according to organic methods using natural vinification and restricted use of sulphur.

Gru-Vee‘ is famous as Austria‘s most widely planted variety but is now gaining respect in other regions as far afield as New Zealand. A late ripener, it is at its best in the Austrian regions of Wachau and Kamptal areas where in the hands of winemakers such as Loimer and Heinrich, it produces full-bodied and lively wines, with characteristic white pepper and spice notes.
