Domaine Paul Mas is at the vanguard of the new wave of low-sulphite, biodynamic wines from France’s Languedoc region. This delicious Chardonnay is made from sustainably farmed vineyards. Gold with green flashes in the glass, the wine exhibits tropical pineapple, mango and melon aromas with vanilla and toasty notes. Rich and mellow with very good acidity and very good length. Pairs well with shellfish and fish, white meats or a mushroom risotto. An excellent pre-dinner apertif.

Chardonnay

Chardonnay is one of the world’s most popular white grapes, being produced in all sorts of styles virtually worldwide. Its ability to adapt to different climates and soils make it an appealing variety for winemakers. Areas of note: Chablis, Champagne and Burgundy’s Côte d’Or and Australia.
