Domaine Paul Mas is at the vanguard of the new wave of low-sulphite, biodynamic wines from France’s Languedoc region. This delicious viognier has 15% of the blend fermented in new oak. It reveals aromas of white flowers, nuts and subtle vanilla. The palate is rich and mellow with flavours of ripe pear and peach. Delicious on its own or with foods, especially poultry, goats cheese and fish.
