Committed to biodynamic methods this wine is made “white” from Grenache Gris, a sort of rosé manqué that mutated into a rich oily lees-aged white, with a hint of oxidation. Notes of flowers, honey and nuts, balanced by fine acidity.

More Information
Clos du Gravillas was re-created in 1999 in St Jean de Minervois by Nicole Bojanowski. It had existed on the same premises into the 1940s. Nicole is best known for her pure Carignan wines and her Grenache-based white Minervois, though she’s starting to make a reputation for her floral fortified Muscat de St Jean, the wine our village is famous for, and a following for her daring blends. This wine is made from a blend of Grenache Gris plus some Macabeu, Terret and Grenache Blanc.
