New wave orange wine made from 80% Inzolia and 20% Zibibbo grapes in southern Sicily. Fermentation is made on macerated grape skins, giving the vibrant orange colour, and ageing on the lees is extended for more than three months. The finished wine emerges both fruity and fresh with intense tangerine and citrus peel flavours. As is typical with most orange wines, the increased tannin levels help add structure and lift to the wine’s finish.
