(V) and (VG)This wine is a brilliant pale straw colour with fresh aromas of tropical fruit characters, layers of mango, peach and melon. With extraordinary fruit depth the grapefruit and mango and peach tantalise the palate. Extended contact on the lees added complexity to this Burgundian style wine.

All vineyards are farmed organically with great emphasis on the overall health of the vines and working with reduced yields. The vines are produced according to organic methods using natural vinification and restricted use of sulphur. For information on Organic, Biodynamic and Natural wines log on to our knowledge page

More Information

100% Chardonnay - Whenever fledgling wine regions have sought to establish themselves on the international stage they have planted Chardonnay. It is everywhere - from England to India and everything in between. The vanilla-scented, creamy examples which sparked such demand in the 1980‘s have moved on, but Chardonnay still has endless possibilities ranging from crisp and flinty, biscuity and toasty to unctuous and buttery. From easy drinking through to super-serious, there are few grapes which reflect so clearly the climate in which they‘re grown or the hands of the winemaker.
