All vineyards are farmed organically with great emphasis on the overall health of the vines and working with reduced yields. The vines are produced according to organic methods using natural vinification and restricted use of sulphur.

Dolcetto‘s name originatesfrom its sweetness withnaturally low acidity and often robust tannins. Dolcetto is often vinified in a light style and drunk in the first couple of years of bottling. A deeply-coloured, aromas and flavours of ripe cherries. A lunchtime wine.
