Very easy drinking Pinot Noir with intense aromas of crushed jammy red berry fruit and a touch of liquorice. Good structure with a bit of a kick. This pinot just slips down.

Champagne and Burgundy’s is the best region for Pinot Noir followed by New Zealand and Oregon. California, South Africa and Australia are making some great Pinot Noirs as well not forgetting Canada. Pinot Noir makes a noticeably pale wine, but has intense perfume and flavour. When young, its aromas range from freshly crushed raspberries or strawberries to plum jam. With age, Pinot Noir often shows violets, game or truffles.
