2 bottles of Sauvignon, Kleine Zalze, South Africa 2020/21 75cl
The wine is bursting with typical Sauvignon aromas and ends with a clean, fresh well-structured aftertaste showing ripe fruit and well-balanced acidity. The complexity shows it can age well in bottle.
2 bottles of Sauvignon Blanc Vin de Pays Val de la Loire, Vignerons de Valencay 2021 75cl
Our Mini-Sancerre – A dry yet aromatic wine with good depth making it highly quaffable. Nettley aromas and crisp acidity on the finish. An alternative to Sancerre.
2 bottles of Sauvignon Blanc, Snapper Rock, Marlborough 2022 75cl
Distinctive intensity of passion fruit, gooseberry and guava. A wine whose huge power is perfectly off-set by its tantalising acidity.

Few white grapes are as universally recognisable. While most are content to aim for no more than citrussy simplicity, Sauvignon Blanc is irrepressible. Its intensely green verve, tart fruit and racy acidity have driven plantings in nearly every cool graperowing region on the globe. Though the south west of France and the more northern Loire Valley both claimed it as their own for many years, it has in the last generation found a new spiritual home in Marlborough, on New Zealand‘s South Island.
