Deep red in colour, with purple hints. On the nose, it displays fruity aromas of plums and cherries combined with spicy notes of tobacco and cinnamon. An elegant and complex wine, with soft tannins and a long lingering finish.
Kaiken avoids using chemical pesticides and fertilisers, choosing instead to use organic methods that are better for the environment and working the soils throughout the year.
